Returns & Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders.
Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
To request for a refund, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund.
Then sign it and enclose it in the return package.
You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact.
The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel.
*Please note that items purchased during Bazaars or other special events (online and physically) are excluded from return & refund policy.
